K350E trainer crane
The K350 E is a trailer crane in the 3.5-tonne class with state-of-the-art equipment, high driving comfort and excellent performance values.
Its maximum load is 1,600 kg, and its lateral reach with a load of 250 kg is an impressive 22 metres.
Another plus point is its battery-powered electric motor, which allows it to be operated completely self-sufficiently and sustainably. A large lithium battery is used to store energy and can be charged at any conventional 230-volt socket. Charging can also be carried out while the crane is in operation, although this is not necessary due to a consumption-oriented setting and the strong battery power. The K350 E can easily be used for a whole working day without recharging. Even in working platform applications, it solves large tasks in battery operation.
Therefore, the K350 E fits perfectly within a sustainable approach while delivering impressive lifting performance.
K1003 Trainer crane
The K1003, with its hook height of almost 53 meters and a maximum lifting capacity of 6 tonnes, is one of the large Klaas truck cranes. It is mounted on a three-axle truck with a rear steerable axle. Thus manoeuvrability and comfortable handling are ideally combined with the enormous reach of the aluminium boom. The K1003 works with a dual telescopic fly jib, on which both extensions can be extended simultaneously and to the same extent. This means that the weight being carried is optimally distributed and the fly jib can be used extensively even in tight construction situations.
The K1003 is now available in a hybrid version, making it the ideal choice for tradesmen and lift operators. It comes with a platform (2 or 3 person option) and a wide range of accessories, including a roof support, tipper, fork, etc.

The overhanging universal scaffold for almost all external stanchion systems
From now on, slinging is even easier, safer and faster. With the new universal frame, we have developed a true all-round solution for slingers that can be hung over almost all common outer stanchions of your trailer or swap body in no time at all. Thanks to the adjustable suspension profile, the ropeless system is suitable for all types of stanchions with a thickness of 60 mm to 100 mm. This means that it can be retrofitted at any time for the fleet of timber house manufacturers and carpentry companies.
Its folding walkway surfaces allow wall elements to be safely attached at critical heights. In addition, the restraint system on the reverse side opens up plenty of freedom of movement, entirely without the comparatively inflexible rope restraint.
Founded in 1978 by Hans Hundegger, this owner-managed family business based in Hawangen, Germany, has become a specialist in CNC machining centres.
The keys to its success: exceptional innovative strength, a customer-focused approach and excellent service.
Hundegger has been the world leader in CNC machining centres for many years, with a market share of over 90%. The versatile universal machines are used in all areas of timber construction, from carpentry, custom carving, timber framing, chalet assembly, prefabricated houses, glulam and CLT, to the manufacture of playground equipment.
Innovation - Expertise - Customer focus
Thanks to their modular architecture, our highly versatile CNC machines can be adapted quickly and perfectly to specific customer requirements. The high precision and excellent quality of the fully-automated systems further enhance the profitability and competitiveness of any company, whatever its size.

AUWÄRTER PLATFORMS AND TRAILERS
The product range of the Auwärter company provides SEMA users with all trailers and swap systems for professional load planning free of charge in the SEMA program.
The Auwärter company is a market-leading manufacturer of high-quality car and truck trailers and swap systems for timber construction. Auwärter's transport solutions solve the core logistical problems for timber house transports. The loading aids are used both in modern carpentry businesses and in industrial companies that manufacture prefabricated timber houses.
Master data for professional load planning
The master data of the 93 different 3D objects can be downloaded from the SEMA data store and installed for free use to enable the virtual loading of timber components.
Work planners are provided with 164 load spaces with separate loading zones for load planning for a wide variety of applications. The master data of the high-quality car and truck trailers, swap bodies and loading aids can be individually adapted to the company's needs in the SEMA program.
The new feature "Anchor 3D Objects to Load Space", available as of SEMA Version 23.4, makes it possible to anchor load spaces with 3D objects such as 3D vehicles or 3D loading platforms/loading trailers for work preparation. Consequently, 3D objects that are anchored to load spaces adapt synchronously to changes.
Via the parameter input in SEMA, the height and length of the required load space can be entered according to the timber components to be loaded. Thus, the master data of the Auwärter transport solutions can be telescoped in the SEMA software analogous to reality.
This results in a perfect analogy between work preparation in the SEMA program and real loading after prefabrication. If the company's vehicle fleet is shown in the SEMA Loading Manager, nasty surprises during the actual loading are almost impossible.
Your benefits:
• 93 different 3D objects for platforms, trailers, swap bodies, stanchions and a lot more
• Visual load planning for optimal control
• Allocation of planned timber construction elements for loading aids according to real conditions
• Availability of the company's vehicle fleet can be displayed in the SEMA program, with minimum/maximum dimensions and the load limit in weight
• Provision of loading plans and material lists with the sequence for loading and unloading in relation to the vehicle fleet

Reinbold crusher
The Reinbold crusher is advantageously used in this wood construction operation to ensure the recovery of scraps and wood cutting.
This action consists of crushing any residual material from production to make a significant reduction in volume and thus allow the transport of the crushed material by suction to the available storage.
In the case where the user works in a workshop equipped with a boiler with automatic feed from a silo, he directly converts the crushed material into fuel.
Shredder for scrap wood and pallets with extraction of the shred by suction and pneumatic transport into the boiler silo
